Every person, tended.
Most church technology asks you to trust a dashboard. We'd rather give you our word. So here is our promise: a commitment to the people in your care, backed by real terms.
We promise to tend these four vital moments in the life of your church:
We ensure that at least 90% of first-time guests routed to us are personally followed up within 48 hours, warmly and in your church's own voice.
We ensure 100% of the milestones you provide—anniversaries, baptism dates, family celebrations—are acknowledged on or before the milestone date.
We ensure 100% of members who cross your defined inactivity threshold are surfaced in that week's care queue for your attention.
We deliver your Pastoral Brief on schedule every month, giving you an honest picture of your congregation's health.
We guarantee the work we control. Because we are a team of humans partnering with humans, our promise relies on a simple partnership: we provide the follow-up, surfacing, and reporting; you route the data to us. We cannot guarantee outcomes we do not control (like a visitor’s decision to return), but we guarantee the operational follow up that keeps them connected.
To ensure accountability, we back our commitments with clear, simple terms:
If we miss a standard in any month, you receive a service credit for that month’s base fee.
If we fall short on the same hard standard (follow-up or reporting) for two consecutive months, you receive a full refund for the second month and are free to walk away with no penalty.
If any miss occurs during your first 60 days with us, your base fee is refunded in full. No remediation runway—just trust.
Crisis care is never automated. If someone is in acute need or crisis, it goes straight to a human on our team and to your pastor—never to a queue, never to a timer. These moments are sacred and are governed by pastoral care, not response-time metrics.
The information you trust us with belongs to your church. We never sell it, we never use it to train outside systems, and you can take it with you whenever you ask. Caring for your people means caring for their privacy.
Every person, tended.
